These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) tell you the terms on which you may make use of our website www.justoneplace.co.uk (the “Site”).

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Site, as these Terms will apply to your use of the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Just One Place Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13107745 with its registered office at 923 Finchley Road, London NW11 7PE ("JOP", “we”, “our”, and “us”).


    1. These Terms constitute the agreement between you and us for the use of the Site and the health and wealth forms and other materials and information provided on the Site (“Content”).

    2. We may change these Terms from time to time.  Any changes we may make to these Terms in the future will be posted on the Site and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Please review this page frequently to see any updates or changes to these Terms.

    3. If you commit a breach of these Terms we reserve the right at our sole discretion to immediately and without notice suspend or permanently deny your access to all or part of the Site and associated services.

We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Site without notice. You agree that your use of the Site is at your own risk.     2. If any part of these Terms shall be unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the remainder of these Terms and that part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

    1. These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Site in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
